Approach

Hello. I am Becky, and I photograph coaches, creatives and ethical small business owners. For more than fifteen years I have been helping people bring more of themselves to their sites and their socials, through shoots that are affirming rather than exhausting.

Most of what I do is get somebody comfortable enough to stop performing. Authenticity, integrity and self expression have been at the centre of this from the beginning, which in practice means a slow start, a lot of conversation, and photographs that you actually recognise as you rather than as a version of you assembled for the internet.

I am based in South Devon and work across the South West, London and the rest of the UK, with shoots further afield in Ireland, France, Italy, Greece and the US. I am available to shoot with people of all genders. Trans women are women, trans men are men, and non binary and gender non conforming people exist.

Alongside the photography I coach and mentor, and run workshops on personal branding. I am not using AI tools in this business, beyond occasionally editing a distraction out of a background. The photographs are photographs.
